Hawaiian Ahi (Bigeye Tuna) Ultra is the very best grade of fresh Tuna available in the world. The meat is translucent and brilliant red. A very low water content and high creamy oil content give Ahi Ultra its superb taste. Due to its outstanding quality, sashimi preparation is recommended. The shelf life on this Ahi is longer and the color will maintain vibrant.

Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Monday for Tuesday delivery. We cannot make deliveries on Mondays, Saturdays, Sundays, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years’ Day, and other National Holidays that fall on a Monday.
Fresh seafood is subject to availability. Our inventory fluctuates hourly. In the event an item becomes unavailable or is delayed significantly, we will contact you directly.
Due to international regulations and customs delays, we are regretfully unable to ship internationally. We cannot process orders with an international billing address. Please provide an American billing address.

Hillside Seafoods'/Hillside Business Groups' is not responsible for undelivered shipments. Therefore, to avoid delays in the event the recipient is not at home, we authorize the delivery without a signature. Please make arrangements to receive your perishable goods promptly.
