Grilled Shrimp Jerk Style

Ingredients & Prep

  • Shrimp: 1.5 lbs jumbo shrimp (peeled and deveined).

  • Marinade: 1/2 cup jerk marinade (store-bought or homemade).

  • Extra Flavor: 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon lime juice.

  • Prep: Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Marinate for 20 minutes. Thread shrimp onto metal or pre-soaked wooden skewers. 

  • Shrimp: 1.5 lbs jumbo shrimp (peeled and deveined).

 

Grilling Instructions

  • Heat: Light your charcoal grill. Set it for direct, medium-high heat. Clean and oil the grates.

  • Cook: Place skewers on the grill. Cook for 2 minutes on the first side. Flip and cook 1 to 2 minutes more until opaque.

  • Serve: Remove from heat and serve with lime wedges.
